School started!!

Hey you guys! Today is August 22, 2014, and I've been in Sweden for 10 days!!!! A ton of stuff has happened! I started school 2 days ago and I am in the 2nd year of the Media program. In the school they give you a laptop(MacBook Pro) to use for the year and it's super amazing! This week I did tons of stuff. I got a bus card and learned how to take the city bus(the buses here are super fancy and nice). I went to the library and checked out a children's book in Swedish that I'm still learning how to read… I went to the centrum, which is basically a shopping mall, where I went to H&M and had Fika! I went on to the local supermarket called Maxi and whats super cool about it is that you get your own little scanner that you carry around with you in the store and scan every item you pick up(America should take a hint)! I also went on a long walk with my host family to the woods and the nearby lake, that was very cold. I started school and my school is awesome!! Its hard, of course, because I don't speak Swedish… but I'm getting the hang of it and I made some cool friends :D Tomorrow(Saturday) I'm going into Stockholm to walk around and see the city!!! I can't wait!!! TTYL!
