I posted 3 times yesterday so you might be asking yourself "Why is she posting AGAIN?" Well I'm going to try and show you how completely boring my posts will be if I post every day. Sooooo whats new? Every Måndag I have a scout meeting with my troop. Yesterday we went on a scavenger hunt and had to answer questions, in Swedish of course. I came in handy with 2 of the questions. The first one asked the seasons in English. The second asked who is JK Rowling's hero. Its Harry Potter, duh. Ummmm blah blah blah *insert interesting stuff here* My school schedule is really good. For those of you between the ages of 14 and 18 living in the USA, you'll be interested to know that the schedule for school here is MUCH better. I start school at a different time each day of the week, and I have no more than 3 classes a day. Heres my schedule in Swedish and then in English. :) Måndag: 9:30-11:55 - Naturkunskap, 12:45-14:00 - Svenska 2 Tisdag: 10:00-11:15 - Medieproduktion, 12:00-13:15 - Engelska 6, 13:15-14:30 - Fotografisk bild 2 Onsdag: 8:40-9:55 - Engelska 6, 10:00-11:15 - Svenska 2, 12:55-14:00 - Naturkunskap Torsdag: 8:30-9:45 - Grafisk kommunikation 2, 9:50-11:15 - Historia, 12:30-13:45 - Fotografisk bild 2 Fredag: 9:45-11:00 - Grafisk kommunikation 2, 12:10-13:25 - Idrott och hälsa, 13:50-14:50 - Historia Monday: 9:30-11:55 - Science, 12:45-2:00 - Swedish 2 Tuesday: 10:00-11:15 - Media production, 12:00-13:15 - English 6, 1:15-2:30- Photography Wednesday: 8:40-9:55 - English 6, 10:00-11:15 - Swedish 2, 12:55-2:00 - Science Thursday: 8:30-9:45 - Graphic Communications 2, 9:50-11:15- History, 12:30-1:45- Photography Friday: 9:45-11:00 - Graphic Communications 2, 12:10-1:25 - Physical Education, 1:50-2:50 - History There you go :) That took a long type to type out, Medieproduktion is over in 15 minutes already :P welll ummmm what should I say now? When I skyped with my family on Sunday, dad said he has a friend in Finland that checks my blog on a daily basis.. So who ever you are you Finnish stranger, I'm gonna keep calling you out on my blog until you comment... just saying. I don't know If I've ever been to Finland. I only know that I've been to the USA(duh), Germany, and Sweden. I hadn't know that I'd been to Sweden when I was a baby until my parents told me when I was filling out the forms for my Residence Permit to be here right now... Who knows what other countries I've been to? Mom, dad, if you're reading this, which you probably are, please comment all the countries in the world that I went to as a baby. I'd love to know. Theres a 99% chance that my host family is going to Amsterdam this winter!! Can you believe that?? AMSTERDAM!! While I'm there I think it'd be cool to go to the Anne Frank House and find the bench the Augustus and Hazel Grace sat on... YAY! :D I'm so excited. My outfit today expresses my excitement for winter to come. I'm wearing a long sleeved shirt with a snow man on it, red sweatpants, and red snow boots. These snow boots remind me of Laura Dixon, from Colorado. I don't remember exactly why... do you have these boots, Laura? They're the red ones with plaid :) I know that either you have them or you told me once that you liked them... I dont remember. I've had these sense middle school and they still fit!!! YAY!!! I'll see more snow this winter than I have in my entire life combined, I love snow. Well I guess this post turned out to be a lot more interesting than I thought it would... Well I gotta go eat some food. TTYL!!

Jaakko stayed with us on weekends Layla when your Mom and I were seniors in high school. That was the same year Anna Hylander, another YFU exchange student from Sweden lived with us. (Anna and I had been in the same class the year before in Alingsås, Sweden.) Thus Sweden and Finland were very well represented around our house that year....although it did lead to a little tension during the Winter Olympics when the USA played Sweden and Finland in ishockey....
